For religious people, prayer has also been found to have a beneficial effect on treating fibromyalgia symptoms, and it acts very much the same as meditation and yoga so it is really worth it to give it a try.
Just because there is no cure for fibromyalgia doesn’t mean you can’t make your symptoms better, so get out there and utilize some of these therapeutic techniques in order to improve your health.
