Costa Brava Villas: One cheap holiday
June 6, 2009 in Vacation Rentals by pgesystems
Not many people get to live like they are on a holiday in Spain: Time to relax poolside, enjoying the sun, lounging on the beach drinking a cool sangria, spending quality time with the family and enjoying amazing barbeques and fiestas with friends. The hard earned holiday is sacred.
A holiday trip to laidback Spain is ideal for clearing your head and charging the battery for the stressful year to come. Although for the sake of your sanity and health a mandatory yearly 2 week holiday in Spain would be perfect…….., the costs for this 2-week paradise seem really high (especially being confronted with financial distress on the news every single day).
But here is the good news: Renting a villa in Spain is not expensive at all, considering these advantages:
1a The price outside high season. The costs for renting a villa in high season are highest, so try to book your holiday outside the high season. You can rent a villa in June and September for just a couple of hundred euros/dolars (which ties into 1b). Cheaper flights are available outside High Season.
1b The price per person per night. Renting a larger villa with more than 1 family will lead to prices per person per night under camping prices!
2 Privacy. Now that we have seen that the price is not worth staying home for: what do we get? The luxury of your own villa with privacy, a private pool for the kids to play in, sea views, easy walking distance to the beach, lovely garden. It is so that to enjoy yourself in Spain.
3. The best food. Now you have the option to go out to a restaurant or stay home and prepare a nice dinner, obviously saving you money. ….And the cheapest beer in Spain is the one in your hand poolside!
Do not forget to check out these Catalan Holidays , which might affect your stay in Spain. Many shops are closed on Catalan Holidays.
