October 22 is going to be quite an interesting day in the world of technology and gadgets. Why? Well, three much expected products/gadgets are going to be release.  Now that’s surely interesting. Why have companies chosen October 22 is mysterious to me; however this day is surely looked forward to by all tech lovers.

Three much hyped or put it rightly much awaited products are -

Windows 7
Nokia 3G Booklet
Acer’s Aspire 3D Laptop

The tech savvy person that I am, I am always spying on electronic gadgets or techie stuff that comes out in the market. This time when I was scouting for some details on any or all of these ‘October 22 fame’ products, I stumbled upon found review of  the product I was least expecting to find details about before the launch of it. Yes, Windows 7. Below is a little excerpt about Windows 7 and why the all that excitement about Windwos 7 is justified.

Excerpt From the blog post -

Speed: Vista was damned for being a bit of a laggar, but 7 definitely turns on the speed. In short, Win 7 is less time consuming.

Ease of use: Win 7 has a number of good touches to improve your computing experience.  You can preview content (even video) in open windows of an app by running your mouse over the app in the task bar and right click on an app to access the Jump List which shows recent files or sites opened as well as most commonly used functions.

System resources: Win 7 will run smoothly on almost Vista machines and quite a few XP ones (provided they have a gig of RAM handy).

Appearance: Win 7 icons are polished and smooth and the option to plonk widgets all over the desktop (rather than in one specific area) does add a lovely touch.

Other great features:

Style
Compatibility
Multi-touch
